How Our Pricing Is Structured

Carrson Interiors offers fixed-fee design packages rather than hourly services. This allows for clear scope definition, predictable investment, and a focused design process.

Each project is priced based on:

• Scope and complexity of the space

• Level of documentation required

• Number of rooms or zones involved

• Coordination needs with contractors or builders

Payment Structure

A 50% Retainer is required to reserve your project start date. The remaining 50% is due prior to the delivery of final design documents.

Work does not begin until both the signed Design Agreement, and Design Retainer are received.

What to Expect

Carrson Interiors operated entirely remotely. Clients are required to participate in the measurement and documentation process of their existing space using the Canvas App. We will provide detailed instructions to help ensure the process is accurate and easy.

All projects begin with a brief introductory phone or video consultation. This conversation allows us to review your project scope, timeline, and level of design involvement required, and to confirm the appropriate design fee based on the complexity of your space. Final pricing is established following this consultation and outlined in you Design Agreement prior to the start of work.

All designs are delivered digitally and intended to be used by the contractor of your choice or builder for pricing and construction.
