From there, we develop cohesive layouts, material selections, 3D renderings and technical drawings that allow contractors to price and build with clarity. Scope, deliverables, and revision limits are clearly defined, creating a professional, efficient experience from start to finish.

How Projects Begin

All projects begin with a brief introductory phone or video consultation. This conversation allows us to review your project scope, timeline, and level of design involvement required, and to confirm the appropriate design fee based on the complexity of your space.

Final pricing is established following this consultation and outlined in a design agreement prior to the start of work.
