All projects require a mandatory Canvas scan, completed by the client using the Canvas App on their smart phone or tablet. This allows us to receive accurate, dimensioned floor plans and existing conditions without the need for an in-person site visit.
Design work does not begin until required scans are completed.

Pricing starts at the rates listed on our Pricing page and is finalized after a brief introductory phone or video consultation.
This consultation allows us to review your project scope, timeline, and level of complexity to ensure the design fee accurately reflects the work required. Final pricing is outlined in your Design Agreement prior to the start of the project.
